How long will my order take to arrive?

To give you the best prices and product availability, some orders may ship from our international suppliers.
Please allow 14–36 business days for your parcel(s) to arrive.
If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive in separate packages.


Can I track my order?

Yes. If you would like to track your order, just send us a message and we will provide your tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

We follow our standard Returns Policy.
If the item is unused and not faulty, it can be returned in its original condition within 14 business days.
If the item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 3 business days and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
